About Mindam
Healing the world through small, meaningful efforts.
Our Vision
We believe in the butterfly effect that even the smallest positive action can create ripples of change that reach across the world. Guided by this mission, we have brought together a dedicated team of professionals who share one united purpose: to uplift global well-being.
Our Philosophical Approach
True well-being is a balance of three essential aspects:
-
Mental
-
Physical
-
Spritual
When these three elements harmonize, life becomes more peaceful, purposeful, and joyful. Through our specialized programs, workshops, and training sessions, we help individuals deepen their awareness and develop a healthy balance in all three areas.
About the
Founder
His Journey to Mindam Initiative

Manjush NM
Founder & CEO
Working in one of the world’s toughest industries, Manjush built his career as a Marine Surveyor—an environment where pressure, responsibility, and high-risk decision-making are part of everyday life. Through years of real-world exposure, he learned powerful, practical methods to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional resilience.
His journey across 18 countries and interactions with diverse cultures shaped his natural ability to understand people deeply. This global exposure, combined with his observant and empathetic nature, transformed him into a professional capable of connecting, guiding, and motivating individuals from all walks of life.
Since 2004, he has been training marine technical students, sharing his knowledge and preparing the next generation of professionals. His passion for human behavior and emotional well-being eventually led him to pursue formal training in mental health, becoming a Certified Life Coach and later conducting programs for corporate teams.
As part of the government’s initiative to strengthen disaster management through trained mental health professionals, he earned a Diploma in Counseling Psychology, along with specialised training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Therapies. This expanded his ability to support individuals through psychological challenges with both scientific and practical tools.
Today, driven by years of experience and a commitment to social well-being, Manjush and his team have dedicated themselves to serving the community with a deeper purpose. This vision led to the creation of Mindam a platform born not just as an organisation, but as a movement.
Mindam stands for empowerment, awareness, and resilience. It is built to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and emotional strength deeply inspired by the founder’s own journey of growth and healing.

Her Journey to Mindam Initiative

Praseetha S
Co-Founder & COO
With a deep passion for supporting young minds, Praseetha built her professional journey as a School Counsellor, working closely with students, parents, and educators to address the emotional and psychological challenges faced by children in today’s fast-changing world.
Through years of direct engagement in school environments, she gained firsthand insight into the growing pressures students experiencefrom academic expectations and social dynamics to anxiety, self-esteem issues, and emotional well-being. Her work involved guiding students through critical developmental stages, helping them build resilience, self-awareness, and healthy coping strategies.
This extensive experience in counselling allowed her to understand the importance of structured emotional wellness programs within educational institutions. By collaborating with teachers, parents, and school leadership, she contributed to creating supportive environments where students could openly express themselves and develop confidence, empathy, and emotional balance.
Motivated by the impact of this work and the increasing need for preventive mental wellness initiatives, she is now transitioning into a full-time role in developing and delivering wellness programs. Her focus is on expanding these initiatives beyond individual counselling to reach larger communities of students, educators, and families, helping institutions build healthier, more emotionally resilient learning environments.
